Consultant to the QSR and other food and beverage related industries. 30 year veteran of both the franchise and franchisor sides of the business having worked extensively in Australia, the Asia/Pacific region and Northern Europe.

My career has encompassed management with small single unit franchisees and later with international corporations in a multi country, senior management role. My experience includes many years with a large Pizza Hut franchisee where I proudly led a team that brought “cheese to the Chinese” in the form of 90 outlets in Taiwan!

This blog has been conceived with the idea of bringing QSR and restaurant owners from all over the world together to share ideas and best practices and to assist in making sure your business is profitable. We will endeavor to add relevant content on a regular basis and encourage our readers to participate by commenting and contributing. I live in the North Georgia mountains (an easy drive to Atlanta, Asheville and Greenville) with my amazing wife and daughter and the inimitable Paloma, our beloved rescue dog from Spain.
